Nike running shoes

Nike Inc. is an American sportswear company founded in 1964, formerly known as Blue Ribbon Sports. It was renamed to Nike, Inc. later in 1971. The typical swoosh logo as we recognize it now, was combined with the word Nike first. Later on, in 1995, it was changed to the typical Nike logo and it hasn’t been changed ever since. The company was founded in the US, in Oregon by student athlete Phil Knight and his coach Bill Bowerman

There are not many that wouldn’t know Nike for ultimately great sports equipment, running shoes and different kinds of apparels. But the truth is that Nike’s strength most significantly lies in a really strong branding connected to the well-known sportsmen. Their endorsement and success is connected to Nike.

An example that you can find is Roger Federer who used to wear Nike shoes and clothing on the tennis court for more than twenty years (before he ditched Nike and went to Uniqlo in 2018). And who wouldn’t know the famous basketball player Michael Jordan? After whom the basketball shoes were named so that the company managed to earn in the first year an incredible sum of $126 million. We could name others such as Tiger Woods or the American soccer player Mia HammSimply said, you can behold Nike at every corner that you may take a look at. The same applies for running shoes that you may find in this section of our website right here

Nike Air Max 2017 Great Shoes: Review

Nike Air Max 2017 Great Shoes: Review

A small flashback to 2017 and the popular Nike Air Max Running Shoes. Even though it’s already August, 2021, we took a look at Nike Air Max 2017 and gave these running shoes a small shot for our testing and reviewed them afterwards. Why focus on old running shoes when there are many newer models? Because it’s still in the market and on offer by some online stores. Whether to avoid or go for this, actually quite an expensive model,…

Nike React Infinity Flyknit 2 Review

Nike React Infinity Flyknit 2 Review

Nike React Infinity Flyknit 2, for both men and women, continues to be the latter version of Nike React Infinity Run from the past year, 2020. First being said, both models are very similar. We tested the shoes for more than 50 miles, mostly on paved roads. And we found that the changes that Nike made are truly minor. But still, at a glance they look a bit different. So if you keep asking yourself whether to buy the old…

Nike Air Zoom Pegasus 37 Review

Nike Air Zoom Pegasus 37 Review

As for running sneakers, I am a real patriot. I love Nike and I stick to them. I have tried some time ago ASICS, Inov-8, adidas as well but always got back to Nike shoes. Why do I love them so much? Because after those years of wearing them, I perfectly know what to expect from their models. I know which model to take for long distances (Nike Zoom Fly 3) , which model is better for casual indoor activities…

Nike Air Monarch IV Review

Nike Air Monarch IV Review

Nike Air Monarch IV has been the first pair of sports shoes that I tried from this Nike series. I had them for running, casual walks, a bit of calisthenics outside and also in the gym for two months. Before testing, I had absolutely no reason to expect anything inadequate from them because I only tend to train in the most popular, most sold running shoes. And these are not only meant for running but for strength and other kinds…

Nike Downshifter 10 Review

Nike Downshifter 10 Review

Nike Downshifter 10 is a typical budget friendly model for undemanding runners, runner beginners and casual runners. Yet it offers such a high portion of cushioning and other great features that it perfectly exceeded my expectations. Several times I thought about comparing it with other running shoes. And in the end, I must say it was everything but a failure from Nike.  Most of everything, I really like two things about Nike Downshifter 10. The unnamed EVA midsole and lightness…

Nike Roshe Run Review

Nike Roshe Run Review

Nike Roshe Run are far from being good for running. They are the kind of running shoes that are not much worth the investment. Even though the price tag is quite pleasant, the shoes offer just some very basic running characteristics. And thus remained in my eyes as very casual “running” shoes. What forms these thoughts? I will outline what I found out after having it tested for more than 40 miles. So keep reading! As the matter of fact…

Nike Flex Experience RN 8 Review

Nike Flex Experience RN 8 Review

We took Nike Flex Experience RN 8 and decided to not only review but more importantly, we decided to make a short comparison with Nike Flex Experience RN 7, the previous model. And even though the models remained in the core pretty much the same, we found some differences that are definitely worth mentioning.  Nike Flex Experience RN 8 itself… It’s a nice looking running shoe that can be used for any medium to light training. Why not difficult training?…

Adidas AlphaEdge 4D Review

Adidas AlphaEdge 4D Review

Bringing unusual, shiny design and equipped with a so called 4D-midsole technology. That’s what you get from the first impression from Adidas Alphaedge 4D. That it sounds too fancy? Yes and no…. I had the shoes for a month for testing and ran in them some 60 miles. And first thing being said, they really look very cool. The combination of white and green looks surprisingly very good and most importantly, if you are a night runner, they will make…
